For our standard 60g and 250g quantities, you can easily calculate the number of servings, supply duration, and price per cup using the provided formula. Each cup of tea is equivalent to 2g, which is approximately 1 heaping teaspoon.
Sample packs follow the same formula as our standard quantities.
EXCEPTION: Please note that for peppermint and sleepy time chamomile, these teas are more fluffy and voluminous, resulting in different quantities:

Value Teas Shipping Policy
We are a family-owned and operated small business based in Etobicoke, Ontario. Our journey began in the basement of our family home, and we now serve you with dedication. Our regular business hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. We cherish our weekends, so we're closed during that time. Occasionally, we might sleep in, but we always strive to provide you with the best service. Unlike our early days at Bampot House of Tea, we're now an online e-commerce-based business, and you can shop with us at your convenience.

Shipping Information
At Value Teas, we aim to provide you with prompt and reliable delivery services. Please note our estimated delivery times:
- Toronto: 1-2 business days
- Ontario & Quebec: 2-3 business days
- All Other Locations: 5+ business days
For customers in Toronto, we offer hand delivery within 1-3 business days, accompanied by email updates. If you're outside Toronto, your order will be shipped via trusted third-party carriers like Canada Post, UPS, and Can Par. Unfortunately, shipping delays beyond our control may occur when using these services.
During the holiday season, when shipping volumes are high, please anticipate potential delays. We provide tracking numbers to help you monitor the status of your shipment with our logistics partners.
